Dreams Alive may collect only what is necessary to provide coaching services, including:

● Intake responses and coaching goals
● Session notes relevant to coaching
● Scheduling and payment records
● Policy acknowledgments and consent forms

Information is used solely to:
● Provide and prepare for coaching
● Communicate about scheduling and logistics
● Maintain accurate client records
Information is never sold or shared for marketing without explicit consent.


Confidentiality of Coaching Conversations

Limits to Confidentiality

Records & Data Storage

● Access is limited to what is necessary for coaching services
● Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for professional and administrative purposes


Email & Electronic Communication
● Email and electronic tools are used for scheduling and general communication
● While reasonable safeguards are used, electronic communication carries inherent privacy risks
● By engaging in services, clients consent to electronic communication


Client Rights
Clients may:
● Ask what personal information is held about them
● Request corrections to inaccurate information
● Ask questions about data handling at any time

Trusted third-party tools (such as scheduling or payment platforms) may be used. These services have their own privacy practices and are used only as needed to operate the business.
